An extraordinary experience. A delight. What I found particularly satisfying was having the Founder & CEO on site during the day of my visit. Excellent leadership in a world lacking it. The only comment was about the long wait. Apparently someone called in sick and slowed the process down. Other than that a very good experience AND I have already shared pamphlets with others and will recommend via word of mouth in the future.

Once we were seen, the people and process were great!!! A staffing shortage resulted in a 2.5 hour wait. The clinic was able to get staff from another location who were very customer friendly!!! I absolutely love the expertise offered.
